Sazerac aka Zach
Sazerac was known to many by his confident presence, incredible jump, and awards. To his people, he was “Zach,” a kind, patient, and all-around good boy. Zach was Ella’s horse from late 2020 until his passing on March 4, 2025.
Ella Delgado
Ella Delgado (18) began riding at age seven and continues to today. Over her junior years, she showed on both coasts in the rated pony hunters, .90-1.20 jumpers, and the big equitation. Out of the saddle, Ella loves to care for all her horses. Ella is a student at the University of California, Irvine, pursuing an Aerospace Engineering major.
